Pros
Easy to use and comes with detailed instructions. I go in and out of anemia constantly and it's always a hassle to have to go to the doctors and wait over a week for them to get the results. Greens set off my ibs.
Cons
Another invalid result. Absolutely useless. It's fiddly and you must follow the instructions exactly.

This is a scientific test kit and to get meaningful results the test must be conducted exactly as specified and you only get one shot at it

For a home test kit i think this is fine but it should never be a substitute for seeing a gp if you feel you have health issues
