I struggled with the pipette a little but that could have been down to me not using it correctly.
Two needles came with the kit, the first was unusable as it discharged as i took the safety catch off but the second worked just fine.
As far as how the products works, if instruction are followed it does what it says on the box!

I had to prick 2 separate fingers the kit does include 2 sprung loaded lancets as a fingertip doesnt generate a massive amount of blood
