Cheap and reliable sfp to utp converter. Runs at the expected gigabit. Works with my unifi us-8-150, just slotted in and powered up and appears in the gui.

You can afford to change these out every couple of years if they start reporting errors.

Cheaper than oem, even though they may not last as long.
