It conducts heat extremely well, and therefor doesn't require high heat for frying! I have several different styles of skillets, but this one quickly became my favorite and i use it almost daily!
Cons
Hex comb texture makes it super hard to clean when food sticks in there. When there is residual grime that can't be cleaned, it makes food stick like a nightmare. Heat distribution is uneven, so anything taking up more than the very centre will not co... Read More
This product is not worth the price in my humble opinion, wish i never paid extra for the cover either. Descriptions are misleading and over-priced.

In comparison to the other non-stick pans i own this one is definitely the best and possibly the healthiest.
I had purchased a set of green pans from another brand few years ago.
I do believe ozeri is making me a better cook,cleanup is a breeze too.

We have had this pan almost 2 years and we cook a lot and yes it works on our induction stove

We have learned however over the years to not crank up the heat we start on med to heat the oil or butter before adding food then increase the heat and stay with it

And i didnt realize it was textured be careful to order either textured or smooth surface as fits your needs
