Rj45 sfp is just perfect! Running it at 10gbe over 50' cat7 copper connection to raid5 nas for 1. G and 5gig. Fit tolerance is good. Does 10 gig, like it says.
Cons
The ports go faulty. That’s about the best thing about it.

Packaging/appearance
I get my switch tomorrow and will get a better review but for now, the packaging is next level.

I've used them in hp enterprise/aruba, cisco meraki & smb switches, tp-link, and netgear switches without issue.
Works nicely with unifi agg switches at 10gig auto-negociated.

You can get cheaper ones on ebay (like finistar ones) but the 10gtek ones have so far been more reliable and that's important.
