Pros

These bulbs are true replacement for 50w brightness. These are as bright or brighter than 50 watt halogen bulbs.

The bulbs are well built and well packed. The prongs are solid. A little pricey but overall very satisfied. Hopefully their service life is equally top notch.

These are gu5. They work perfectly with a low voltage landscape transformer. I have the halo low voltage cans and the manufacturer recommended that if replacing halogen 50w to go with a minumum 7 watt led bulb. It fit into the fixture with ease.

Cons

I was looking for 3000k mr16 lights, sampled several and these were the best.

I decided to add some of my existing mr16 beds into the equation.

I changed my old 2700k lights for the entire house.

35 watt could now be these 50w equivalents but only using 7w.
