Pros
This is the hardware you need if you want eyebolts as part of your mounting options. Using this to tie down items on my rhino rack pioneer rack. It’s not a perfect fit but it has helped me tie down my gazelle tent on top of my rack.
Cons
They advertise that it comes with nuts but it does not. Taking the nut off at that point was impossible on 4 of the eye bolts.

Quality
Smooth finish, perfectly formed threads, nuts fit perfectly.
The threaded holes in my magnetic fittings are about 7mm deep, so along with the nuts and washers, it worked out just right.
They are heavy duty and well made
The picture above shows them in use, they're plenty strong enough for this, even though the leather hanging from them is heavy.
Price
These worked well but were a bit pricey.

Hooke roads documentation for the roof rack i purchased didnt mention what size hardware fit their tslot rails
