I was pleasantly surprised to find the dishes so well padded inside of the box they came in, that none arrived with any chips or cracks.
Knocked off one star because the sugar container arrived broken.
All items were individually packed in a box with cardboard in-between and then packed into another box.

The shape of the items are perfect just a finish was slightly messy on the very bottom of the item i felt a bump and the handle for the casserole dish is slightly turned off center
