Pros
The cups are perfect for soup or icecream. The bowl and mug are larger than most dish sets out there. They do scratch if they rub on a blade, but no scratches from stacking them in the cupboard!
Cons
They’re super heavy and bulky and the colour (grey) is lighter than advertised in the picture. As soon as tou cut a little piece of steak you get a gray scratch on the bottom.

I'm real it happy with the quality of most of these.
I don’t think these dishes are lightweight, but the quality is good.
I tried to see about an exchange through amazon, then said to deal with the company directly.
Shipping
Shipping: relatively fast and well packaged with cardboard and brown paper.
Look: few imperfections and kinks, but nothing that bothers me considering the price and shipping.

I tried to email the company from their site wouldnt go through and finally called the company but they only deal with suppliers not customers

So finally since i dont want to return the whole thing im not stuck with an not fully finished mug

Again the rest of the set is really nice its just not really possible to fix one item if anything wrong
