Pros

Love the finished product - it looks stately, elegant, and permanent. Was a bit overwhelmed when looking for gazebos. My only complaint is that the finish is starting to come off of the top.

Instructions say this is preferably a six man/two ladder operation. Plan on three people to stabilize and assemble the base.

Make sure to have plenty of philips screwdrivers and 10mm socket wrenches on hand. There are a few tight places where a ratcheting combination wrench really helps too.

Mosquito netting is easy to use and so far has been the only thing to wear down. The netting in the cupola has magnets and velcro that hold it in place. The top of the canopy is held in with magnets.

Cons

Paid full price for a discontinued, defective, and unservicable unit. Gazebo is not sturdy and was easily damaged.

At this price range i expected more.

Shipping

Delivered as promised, and absolutely no damage in shipping.

Finally assembled and i love itissues with the shipping company had me a little nervous--but it was well packaged, no damage

Luckily for me all parts were present and the damage was just to the shipping container.

The shipping company called a few days ahead to make sure someone would be home because the delivery had to be signed off.
