Cons
The screws are not #10 screw. They equivalent to a #7 or at best a #8 screw. Contractor has to replace all of them as threads strip off.

None broke driving these screws into ipay, pre-drilled holes.
Cross drive recess doesn't strip even after multiple in/outs.

Nice deep phillips head indentions unlike the ones supplied with the brackets i boughtwhich were so shallow that i could not drive them all the way into wood without stripping
