Has a giant ugly 100 cotton made in china print on it but if you fold that under then this would work for a table decoration or for some kids cowboy birthday parties

The vertical row never stopped bleeding even after washing and rinsing 15 minutes each and soaking in salt water to try to set the dye nothing helped

They’d seem to stop bleeding but when i’d hang them up to dry in a few minutes dye would be dripping off of them in bright puddles
