Pros

I also use these sheets in a vacation rental that i own. I want my guests to have clean, sanitary, and comfortable sheets. They are fantastic and guests as us where we bought them.

They come out of the dryer wrinkled, but that means they are cotton! I put them on the bed 98% dry and they smooth out--i despise ironing! They fit my mattress with a little room to spare.

Cons

They look like a badly crumpled sheet of paper. They are very thin and flimsy. Sheets feel like cardboard.

If all that does not work for you then go buy the santine sheets that don't wrinkle much but feel awful to me.

They took the dye (a rusty orange color) very well and they look great.
