I'm not a body builder or rock climber so my grip strength is probably average/weak. I was insulted and tossed them in the trash. Don't waste your money.

There very sturdy and the perfect size.
I use these on my pop up cards and since they are so sturdy and strong they work well.
I had 'assumed' the disks were metal like the brads, they are not and should say so in the description.
The metal finish is clean and bright.

Used to attach ribbon handles to plastic party favor boxes… the included hole punch worked well on the plastic.
