Pros

These are super-duper sticky so be careful where they land. These are wonderful for keeping my glass desktop in place. Sticking to the bottom of my microwave prevents it from coming loose easily.

Sticking to the bottom of my microwave prevents it from coming loose easily and works well.

Minus 1 star because i had to very carefully use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the wax paper, since it is so sticky.

Almost all of my pads are a little out of shape because i had to work so hard to remove the top sticker.

Thos bit of extra protection was what i needed.

Packaging/appearance

It might be better for manufacturer to use the plastic in packaging without the individual white circles that are so difficult to remove.
