Price
It's a bit expensive but well worth it, will be purchasing this item again.
The price is a little high but if the health benefits outweigh the cost, i'll be ordering again!

Shipping
I got this on a day that two of my kids started a second round of sore throats.
Received the honey in a very timely manner.
After ordering, the jar came very fast and it was full upon opening it.
Packaging/appearance
It looked and tasted like store bought, had the credentials but i felt it did not advance the healing of my gums.
Mailing packaging was adequate but i love the easy open and accessible jar.
Biggest downfall was the container is onlu 3/4 full, like it may have had a large bubble during packaging and settled during shipping.
Competitiveness
I have ordered other manuka brands and this is the best one i've had.
Other people said they tried this honey with other manufacturers, but liked the taste of this manufacturers the best.
The taste is also not bitter like other brands of honey i've tasted.

I usually use orange blossom honey which is also good but this has a flavor like ive never tasted before

I love it enough to like it from a spoon but i wont because reason i bought it is for my acid reflux that is currently acting up
