Pros & Cons
Pros
The adhesive tape on the backing plate has a protective liner that is easy to remove. I use them for my baseball teams lineup as they withstand the elements and constant shifting of them around the board.
Magnets are strong and quality is good. The magnet is definitely strong enough to hold a badge in place. The attendees love them! They come in boxes that hold them perfectly without any wasted room.
Price is fantastic. Just as advertised. Will be ordering more in the future.

Good quality and at a great price.
The product works but i don't like that one of the small magnets broke off and the price increased from 32.
I haven't checked out the quality of the adhesive part as i purchased them for the non-adhesive side.

Just as advertised, and cannot beat the price buying in bulk!

Competitiveness
These were stronger than the last set of magnetic name tag backs, and at a competitive price.
