Pros
Customer service is amazing! That is why i ordered one. This is important.
This is definitely the best waterproof mattress cover i’ve had through the years. This cover actually works really well, is comfy for all night sleeping, and withstands routine washing. Protects pillow from exterior moisture.
The best is i don't need to wash if pets have accidents. Just wipe and put new sheet.
Cons
The material is very clingy on the sheets. Nothing worse than trying to get to sleep with a wrinkled sheet under you. It feels like a cheap polyester sheet that has plastic sprayed on the back.
They advertise as waterproof but it's not so it's misleading. Even when the accident just happened, there is no amount of time to remove it so it doesn't seap through.

Still has held up incredibly well as it still looks and feels like we just got it.
He spilled his full water bottle, and the mattress was completely dry!
It will take time to know how it holds up in this environment, but it gives a good impression of lasting for a while.
Not the thickest mattress but the foam is nice and is comfortable.
Price
Its great for a first bed and at a price, that isn't bad either.

Had it in full use for over a year nowish and has been through a lot of abuse as one might expect from a toddler
