Pros

It has one spf+ port (slot 10). Gbps built in motherboard port. Connected udm pro to usw-16-poe. Installed this sfp module in a nic.

Now our home network is scorchingly fast. G desktops on my network to a 10g switch. Used these for a wireless network deployment.

Cons

If you use this with a mikrotik router/switch, chances are it won't work. That complicates the troubleshooting process immensely and feels disingenuous. I have other sfps that work fine with the router but these did not.

I have a 10gbps pci-e nic coming in the mail tomorrow.
