Pros
Came very fast (2 days). Very well packed and protected. Stable operation over several weeks so far of continuous traffic. Good quality. Decent price as well.
Used these to connect a 1g switch to a usw-aggregation switch to properly adopt before plugging in 10g equipment. Used this with my imac pro and a quanta lb4m 10gb switch. Works great at 1 and 10gig on fs g and 5gig.
Worked as advertised. It was recognized and worked immediately.
Used to link an edgerouter 4 and cisco ws-c3750g-48ts. Works with my edge router 4 fine using the spf port.
Cons
Appears to continue to work fine for download speeds, but upload speeds cap out around 15mbit. Wasted 6 hours trying to fix it.

I am happy with the performance and how easy it was to set up.
Packaging/appearance
Not much to say other than they work great and they had some of the best packaging i've ever seen for computer components.
Looks great and came in excellent packaging.
I get my switch tomorrow and will get a better review but for now, the packaging is next level.
Competitiveness
Using this in a qnap 10gbe adapter to connect to my nas works perfectly.
Using this on a qnap switch and it works great!
But in my case i can only get 5g/s speed when pairing it with a 50ft cable.
These were not compatible with a mikrotik router.

It requires an actual direct attached cable from ubiquity
