Great value for money. Easily pushes 10gigabit with the same brand 10gtek pcie add-in card, no issues, easy installation. Worked great to connect between a unifi dream machine pro and a qnap nas with a built in sfp+ 10gb port. Works fine at 10gb.

So be careful when you pull the transceiver out of the socket

You need to pull it from the plastic pull strip not on the transceiver housing

I was concerned that this cable wouldnt be compatible and thought for £22 ill try it rather than the netgear £96 cable or the qnap £100 cable
