Pros

Product works perfect in enterprise level cisco and juniper routers. No dropouts or connection issues at all. Only gripe is with the type of latch used on this and many similar sfp's.

Cons

Units seems ok, but failed after a month. They work for about 5 days at a time, then stop working!
