Works flawless on my ds1621+. Also tested with a windows 10 machine without issue. Also duel boot with windows 10). In windows, its great. In linux, its great. Lt. Desktop.
Cons
The performance is very poor as compared to my previous 10g aquantia nic card. It was never recognized in my server nor in my windows 10 desktop. Will be returning and avoiding 10gtek in the future.

Price
Great value for the price on a budget.
Additionally, the value for the money is exceptional.
For $190 total i am flying at 10gb.
The price is still a little high on used cards so might as well buy these new cards from amazon in case you need to return it.
Shipping
The 16x slot for cpu1 requires a riser card that didn't ship with the server.
Connections were quick and the windows os picked it up.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was fantastic, and the install was as simple as expected.
The cards came in packed pretty well.
Competitiveness
Realtech chips appeared to break the bios startup, but these intel chips appear to solve the problem.
I'm showing nearly identical speeds and latency compared to intel branded cards.
