Competitiveness
I have all ports configured in a lagg to a switch using lacp and am very happy with it.
I use this on a dell optiplex running esxi 6.
While this is an off-brand card, it does have an intel chipset.
It's not a genuine intel card, but it works with pfsense without any issues.

If i was copying a lot of files from my desktop to the nas over smb it regularly caused the server to choke and stop responding requiring a reboot of the server
