Pros & Cons
Pros
This cable works great. Disengagement is fine without any bind. Release is smooth. Inserting it into the port was smooth and easy. Works like a champ.
Twinax cable, passive, compatible with cisco sfp-1gbase-cu0. I use this dac cable to connect a udm pro to a unifi enterprise-poe-24 switch and it works flawlessly at 10gb. Testing with iperf3 gives me 9.
Great pricing, though increasing lately. Price is right and does what it should. Very satisfying. Very happy. A fantastic price.
Quality seems good, no rough edges or snags on the molding. Cable seems well structured and well-made and shipped in a static bag and cable termination protectors. Oem is very proud of their cables and charge accordingly to put their name on them.
Cons
The 2960s say the sfp is unsupported. Interfaces show they are up, but then the other end shows err-disable on the cisco switches.
Highlights
Quality
Looks like a quality product and working as described
9gbps (mtu set to 9000) and i couldn't be happier with the result.
Price
Price is right and does what it should.
The price is on par with other no-name or seemingly white label brands, so ill stick with 10gtek.
Shipping
Great product , price wise it costs $2 more then ubiquiti , but amazon shipping is free and faster .
Competitiveness
I used this cable to connect a zyxel usg 100 flex firewall to a cisco business to 250 switch on the spf port.
Works as intended with a 10gtek 10gb pci-e nic network card and ienron 6 ports that i got cheap on prime day for my truenas scale.
I had to manually force 1gbps fdx on my udm pro for it to work.
5m, ubiquiti unifi, fortinet and more, 0.

Edit seller updated product description to accurately describe the length very clearly
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The actual length by the time you get out of the strain reliefs is about 4 inches which means you can make a 34u34 shaped bend that can connect devices about 334 from port to port

I didnt have to fiddle with anything other than reclassifying the udm sfp wan port to be just another lan port
