Pros
These are very well-built, strong, and durable for construction use. I’m using them to hold my workshop doors open. These suckers are strong!
Strong magnet for their small size. Lbs magnets. Easy removable. The magnet is so strong that the internal braces in the custom oak kiddie gate lock on to it without the need for an extra disk.
It's much faster and more accurate than those electronic studfinders from hd or lowes imo. I place 5 of these at 12 inch intervals between 2 - 5 foot assembly tables that are on casters. They come with screws to place where you want.

Using them to hold a lid rack on the side of my fridge, the rack doesn’t even slide with the weight of the lids.

Wish they had more types of screw head countersinks available because you need a screwhead that is tapered down and flat.
