Pros & Cons
Pros
Large size makes in easy to fry bacon. Can accommodate extra large meals all in one pan. I love that it is stainless steel. It is relatively heavy compared to other 14 inch frying pans i have owned.
The lid fits well & is a plus. It seems to heat evenly, and it should for such a small pan. It's on the heavy side because of its size. Nice pan, kinda big for normal stove tops and difficult to fit in normal cabinets.
Cons
This has to be babied while a blue diamond does not. Bottom stained from bacon. This makes it less than ideal for frying.
Highlights
Quality
Great pan and we love the size and quality of this pan.
