Pros
The brightness of leds is a major improvement over the cool white t9 bulb it replaced. The room has never been brighter! And, this lamp is far brighter than any of the fluorescent lamps that were ever emplaced in that fixture.
These bulbs plug into a 4-pin output from a ballast. The product turns on instantly and requires no extra wiring. Fit perfectly in place of my old 8 and 12 inch lamps. Our light fixture takes 2 lamps.
The led12 inch circle bulb is an easy direct replacement for the old t9 florescent bulbs, which are dimmer. This is an led direct replacement to a florescent bulb no rewiring needed. This t9 led is a direct replacement for the fc12t9 cw.
Cons
The connector pins face the opposite direction of the leds. If you try to mount this bulb in a ceiling fixture, the connector on the wire sticks up too far.

The quality of the bulb and price is superb.
Price is a little expensive but if its long life than its worth.
This item is 5x the cost of fluorescent bulbs which seem to fail way too soon.
Shipping
No prime shipping available when i purchased this but worth the extra days wait.

I decided instead to do some more digging and see if i could find another led bulb that had both a more welcoming yellow light and was significantly less bright
