I installed this showerhead after trailing two heads from other manufacturers, and we are very satisfied with the waterpik nsl-033.
Well packaged, fast shipment, quality product, as advertised, great instructions.
The water-pik works great, but we wish it had come with instructions / diagram explaining the various settings.
With the right setting we have had very good showers with this!
Price
The head has the basic features i was looking for for a reasonable price.
Shipping
The vendor did a great job with my original product that was damaged in shipping.
Competitiveness
Better performance than some other brands that cost a lot more.
Crossed fingers and hoped for the best i have owned a waterpik before and was satisfied.

This does not seem to detract from the comfort and effectiveness of the spray but it also does not allow indulgence in an occasional soaking shower

Practically speaking there are 6 spray patterns when you have a low flow setup like mine
