Pros & Cons
Pros
This is without doubt the best skillet i own. I love using it to fry eggs in the morning. Have used it for scrambled egg.
Ozeri 8-inch stainless steel pan with eterna, a pfoa and apeo-free non-stick coating. Solid well finished pan with a hard non-stick coating. Handle is comfortable and ergonomic.
Good size, works well with ceramic stove. Easy hand washable. It cooks evenly and is a breeze to clean.
The weight and durability of it makes up for that. It isn't too heavy-good for arthritic wrist. The pan is restaurant quality.

All in all a great pan, very well made, sturdy.
The very first time i used it i did not care for the proper way to prepare a coating so naturally the diced potatoes stuck to the pan.
