Very comfortable easy to adjust and easy to assemble
It is sturdy, light and sticks the floor, so no moving.
But for the modest lifter this is perfect & compact.
Packaging/appearance
Well packed, comes with user’s manual and has been a great addition to my new home gym.
It came in well packaged and i was able to set it up in 15-20 minutes.

If ur looking to some serious powerlifting you need to spend way more money for a high end bench though this one says up to 600lbs
