Fabulous product, much better than standard fluorescent lighting.
Used these lamps for a display case, 2 weeks running and all is well.
The hum had gotten louder over time, to the point of annoying in our quiet home, and we were sick of it.
These are *not* a direct replacement for a fluorescent tube.
Price
Price should be less, you can buy a four foot tube for half as much.
Shipping
The directions were actually attached to the other end of the tube they were shipped in, and not immediately obvious until i peeked inside.

Bare bones packaging, just packed with some foam for cushioning in a brown cardboard box.

The old florescent bulbs were temperamental in that they did not always turn on or there was a long delay before they would light

Nice white color just a little whiter than daylight not too blue lenses are frosted and lamp pivots to allow you to focus light on something at a closer distance

You must bypass the existing ballast and do some rewiring strongly suggest having some electrical know how

These lamps should work in shunted and nonshunted lamp holders line wire on one side of lamp and neutral wire on other side

Put one in an aquarium light i think i may have to modify the light to remove the ballaststarter because it just keeps blinking on and off hard to tell because there are no instructions maybe not these dont have the wire coming off of them that i see on other manufacturers models

You will also need some small wire nuts or butt connectors which are not included
