They were certainly out of sync with the quality and thoughtfulness put into every other aspect of the product.
That made following the pictures difficult, no wording just pictures that are of another product.

It arrived well-packed with no shipping damage and is clearly built to last.
Packaging/appearance
This wall mounted server rack arrived in new condition and protected using custom cut pieces of honeycomb cardboard packing.
First of all this was very well packaged and protected from damage.
Arrived well-packed and minimally damaged (don't expect a lot of care to be taken by delivery folks when the package weights 60 pounds).
It’s essentially a box, so it wasn’t hard to figure out.

Liked it a lot more than any other rack i have put together in the past.

The biggest thing that sets this rack apart for me is that the side panels lock and the keying matches the front door

Too many of these 34secure34 network racks have a locking door on the front but then nothing securing the removeable side panels

When i do find one with locking panels they usually use different keys from the front
