Quality

I am so far very impressed with the quality of the chins battery.

Very pleased with the product and packaging.

I thought was having a problem with the 10ah not taking a full charge.

The manual is horribly written, and the product line it catalogues is a series of batteries much bigger than this one.

Price

The price is a little higher than some, and lower than others.

It's true that larger batteries are a better value but for this size, this price is decent.

Shipping

Chins customer service was fast, responsive to all questions, and courteous.

I am impressed with how they hold a charge and how fast they charge back up.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was great and the battery arrived in good condition.

Competitiveness

I got this 16ah which is lighter than a 7ah lead acid.

I like the size and professional(no icons) look of this battery.

Would not recommend for car starting or high current 12v to 120v power inverter.

It's a noco genius 1 wall charger, and i think it has a lithium battery mode.
