Price
The price isn't great compared to larger batteries but i think of it as buying bulk vs buying smaller amounts.
The power for the price is really good put other brands sell the same battery for cheaper price .
The price is a little higher than some, and lower than others.
Shipping
Shipping was a bit slower than i wanted, but the product was exactly what i needed!
The hook up was fast very clean love the color.

Packaging/appearance
Packaging and protection was very good with no issues upon opening the boxes.
It came within a week and the packaging was intact without issue.
I put it on my charger before hooking it up to the solar controller, but technically it was ready to use out of the box.
Competitiveness
Setup with 3 100w solar panels and an epever mppt controller, working well.
This is a small battery so i use it with a smaller panel (50w) and a smaller charge controller.
(i used a sinewave power inverter of course).
I'll be installing a 2500w inverter this weekend and will update with my impression after our first trip using it.

Not knowing if i had received the wrong model of battery in error i emailed chins support at about 1000 pm on a weeknight and received a reply within 4 hours

There were a few problems with the balancing of the series connected batteries at the beginning but chins engineering helped out getting that problem solved

Chins could have had a better manual packaged with the batteries with in depth information on installation criteria
