The carolina skiff 23ue has a trolling motor mounted on its bow. The trolling motor is mounted on the bow of the rver's travel trailer. The trailer is positioned to maximize solar efficiency when working on a project.

I recommend this batteries hands down. This company is hands down stellar. Decent price on sale.

Cons

Batteries don't stay balanced in a 4s configuration. This all breaks down with a defective battery with internal damage to individual cells that might create short-circuits or a broken bms that wreaks havoc. Do not buy.

Easy to set up fast company service for questions

I originally wanted the base model 12v 100a batteries, but the shipping time on those were 4-6 weeks later.

Competitiveness

I usually charge the battery using a 120w solar panel, but also can plug into shore power for rapid charging.

I have it hooked to a 200watt solar panel with a victron mppt controller and that is plenty to keep this battery charged up on sunny days.

Ended up returning the batteries in the end because i ultimately went with a 48v system.

I ran a 60w electric cooler (car refrigerator) continuously for four days.
