My granddaughter loves the personalized pillow. Good fluffy look with some give. It has a nice fluffy loft.

After washing and drying, it is still as full and soft as it was brand new. Nice, soft and resilient. I am surprised and absolutely thrilled with how cuddly and soft this insert is!

Once i removed it from the packaging & fluffed it as directed, it reached the correct size. They compress the pillows for shipping. The seller gives accurate measurements also! It fit perfectly.
