Pros
The processor is different than the old model. It offsets the height issue for me. Buy for cube purposes and was very quick in doing my job.

Powerful and precise. It is a bit tall so check the measures if you have upper cupboards and want to leave it on the countertop. Packing back all the accessories in the machine is abit of puzzle but not too hard.
Multiple size feeder tubes. Dicer and cheese shredder [2 separate components].
Cons
Lid's own mass breaks the hinge pin. Poor design of the flimsy lid latch makes it risky to even place the lid on the counter.

Slicing works great, pie dough is perfect and easy.
Easy to use, powerful and no job seems too big.
After having a cuisinart food processor with a metal motor sheath for 40 years, the plastic top broke where it latches onto the cup.
In less than a year, i dropped the cup on the floor and the back mechanism broke.
Price
I decided to pay more for my third food processor and to try kitchen aid.
Packaging/appearance
Packing back all the accessories in the machine is a bit of puzzle but not too hard.
Competitiveness
I had a competing brand for many years and i find that this machine has solved all of the design problems i had with my earlier machine.
Again, the whole machine is plastic but it has more weight and accessories than the cuisinart did.

Finallyi decided to store the dicing kit somewhere else because it was too complicated to store everything inside the pot and sometimes i avoided using it because i didnt want to store it correctly

Also i find that the mechanism to close the lid of the cover looks fragile i am always afraid to break it
