Pros
The bowl is 21 inches across the top with another 1/2 inch rim making it a total of 22 inches across. It's a great quality, not heavyweight (which i expected), but certainly sturdy enough for my needs.
It's a perfect mixing bowl to contain spill over messes when the kids help me with dinner. Great when taking a salad to potlucks. Used this for seasoning my pork.
Cons
The bottom dented in delivery and flexes like a pop can…too flimsy to last. The sides are not strong either but are relatively okay.
When i contacted customer service, they wouldn't believe me and commenced to tell me that the barcode says it's 8 quarts, and that they're not the manufacturer, they just sell them. The 3/4 quart bowl is ridiculously tiny.

To give you an idea of the amount in the recipe 312 lbs ground meat 16 lbs apples diced about 24 oz bread crumbs about 16 oz of my own dry spice mixture and about a cup of avocado oil
