Pros

Air conditioner does a great job of cooling a large room. Easy set up, efficient in cooling pretty quickly, able to cool 3 open rms. Only complaint is when the compressor kicks on its a bit rough.

Cons

Poorly packed for shipping with all styrofoam pulverized. Is the noise level something before the ac took some * or are they all like this?

Quality

Works great, setup was easy and it cooled our master suite down to 61° in no time, even though it was 104° outside.

Easy set up, efficient in cooling pretty quickly, able to cool 3 open rms.

I set the a/c at 61 degrees, closed the door and came back an hour later.

It is not a quiet unit, especially when the compressor is active.

Shipping was super quick, recieved it 2-days ahead of time.

) it took several days to arrive and the cardboard container had a few dents but the conditioner was not affected.

Packaging/appearance

I have windows that open from the top or side, so our maintenance person used the cardboard from the packaging to design the installation.

Competitiveness

But in the past the portable ac was not as good as a windowac and i've owned several.
