Pros

Cools and dries air very quick. Easy to install & works well. Maintenance person used cardboard from packaging to design installation.

This air conditioner really cranks out cold air! I like that the fan continues to run when air compressor is not kicked on. I also have a couple of dogs that suffered to!

Apartment has a western exposure and gets lots of sun. We use it mainly to keep the living room and kitchen areas cool while we're in them during the day so the ac isn't running as often. Kept room cool with ceiling fan. Bedroom-600 sq.

Yesterday was the real test of this honeywell a/c. Also the thermostat is fairly accurate and is quieter than most. This honeywell model really works well.

Cons

It's smaller, the vent is the big tip off here. It is boxed and waiting for a ups pickup tomorrow.

I have windows that open from the top or side, so our maintenance person used the cardboard from the packaging to design the installation.
