Pros

Love how delicate it is yet seems so very string. The little twists create a beautiful sparkle to it. I wear it 24/7 with my diamond cross pendant.

Cons

The clasp is hard to open and to fasten the necklace. It doesn't have the typical gleam of white gold; it’s quite dull. Will have to pay a jeweler to change out the clasp.

The return mailing label is not deliverable by the us post office. I thought the first time this happened, that it was a fluke. Requesting refund or replacement.

Packaging/appearance

Came in a very nice box as well.

Looks just like the chain that originally came with my diamond heart pendant.

Side note: every time i get an order, the packaging is different.

Some come in long grey necklace boxes, some in small square cardboard boxes, some in little square blue or beige leather envelopes.
