Super heavy duty and is holding up my granite counter overhang nicely.
These are super strong, i literally stood on the counter they are supporting.
The screws are probably size #12 and aluminum so install with care, i did break the head off of one using a 1/4" cordless impact.
The only thing i recommend is the spacing on the holes is a bit wide for a 2x4 and i worry the screws compromise the integrity of the wood.
Price
Great price great value, i use it for granite countertops support, works just perfect.

I did drill through the supporting ends to put screws into the butcher block counter i installed for added stability
