The connectors dont come with instructions although they are somewhat intuitive to install

Then unscrewing the larger size cap end of the connector

Underneath the cap youll see a long metal pin

Once you have it attached to the 14 gauge wire unscrew the cap on the other end of the connector

This cap will have a small hole in which you insert the stripped end of whatever wire is coming from the light fixture youre trying to attach
