Pros

It is very well machined. Given how hefty, sturdy and leak free my initial experience was, i highly recommend it. Great seller and great price.

The fixture is very long and configurable, which is nice. It is easy to install and does not leak or rust. Installed easily and works great.

Included is an adhesive hanger to hold the handheld shower head. It also comes with an extra opening to attach my handheld sprayer.

It feels very heavy duty and has changed my shower experience. As long as it lasts i'm happy! The only concern it this appears not to be very sturdy.

Cons

I get how mating the arm to the main body poses a design problem.

Very sturdy and easy to sgjust and tighten joints and with some teflon tape and plumbers dope there are no leaks at all .

With lock joints, it ensures stability and durability.

I especially like the switch on the side, which changes where the water flow is directed: top only, top + handheld, handheld only.

Without it the connection will leak and thread tape will not solve this leak.

Price

I think this is a good value and am totally pleased.

Not inexpensive but worth the long term use.

What i really like is that the box also came with a good roll of teflon tape and clear instructions.
