Pros & Cons
Pros
Also the rubbery grip feels good, that backroom is unheated and this helps with not having to grab onto cold metal. The white surface has some texture to it to help with nonslip. The textured grip is helpful.
Installation is relatively simple, but requires drilling (as expected). Assuming you have the drill bits for ceramic tile, or are mounting it on drywall, installation is very simple.
Overall very pleased. Unit is as advertised. She says it's a blessing!
The escutcheon fits over the mounting plates perfectly. They are flush with the mounting surface. Comes with two inch wood screws and plastic anchors.
Cons
The anchors themselves are flimsy. I have doubts that the metal is actually stainless steel. It appears to just be chrome plated steel. The bar has a metallic odor.

They are grab bars they need to go into studs

The instructions warn to screw it into wall studs but they provide plastic anchors and rather thin maybe twoinch long screws not quite hefty enough imho unless sunk directly into study studs

Ok as long as you screw into studs better if you use your own constructiongrade screws

Any difficulty in installing it was on our part not the product itself as we had to drill into the wall and it was a bit difficult to get the screws in completely so that the screw cover would latch on
