Pros

The a-tech 16gb ram is easy to install and works. Upgraded from 12gb to 24gb. Maxed out my 3 year old pc but worth it. It's faster than an 8gb hp desktop.

Cons

Both of the new dimms are effectively doa. Too late to return. I pitches the one that didn't work rather than dealing with a return for such a low-cost item. The good news is the vender was quick to offer a refund.

Maybe it's just not compatible with my motherboard. Not 100% compatible. Bios complains memory is incompatible. Rated to work with dell 980, failed. Not working in my hp pro 3000 sff, though amazon listed it as compatible.

The product keeps freezing my computer after 1 month use. Worked like a charm for 3 weeks and then stopped. Update (17-sep-2018) - memory quit working in the computer.
