Pros
I have a ridiculously heavy 15 laptop that fits just fine along with an ipad and several books. The top handle is surprisingly nice.

The zippers are very nice. It makes the bag very easy to unzip. The only negative thing is that it came vacuumed sealed in a plastic bag and the smell was horrible when i unwrapped it.
Cons
The straps connect too close together at the top of the bag. This is very uncomfortable if you like your straps to be tight. When the bag is full it pulls the zipper down and it pulls apart.
The material still looks new, but the bag is shredding apart. Stitching is weak. The laptop section is not very well padded.
It's to much hassle to return so i'll eat the cost but at this time i can't recommend for the lack of quality control. Buy name brand with warranty. Returned and will not be purchasing again.

He likes the many pockets, but the zipper unraveled at one point so we needed a replacement.
Unfortunately, that port no longer seats in the slot correctly and i need to mess with it to get it back in there.

This is a really great backpack for a really good price!

I havent used the usb charging much but it is uses usb a to usb a and charges at normal speeds
