Pros

The small footprint is all that's needed because the door opens without needing additional side clearance. It fits standard sized bottles without any issue, though i did remove the bottom rack. It sits nicely next to my cutting board cart.

Tempered glass and stainless steel border makes it look very sleek and about the business. Don’t hesitate, this wine cooler is top of the line.

Cons

I'm not sure if it's cooling anymore. Good for two weeks then not holding temp. The instruction manual says to adjust the temperature, press the control button until it beeps, and then the up or down arrows. Really bad circulation.

Unfortunate, but sending back and getting a refund. Still no personal message from customer service after 24 hrs. I have a 1 year warranty but at this rate i am sure my next reply from them won't come until after the warranty expires.

It appears they are more concerned with transactional volume than product quality and customer satisfaction. You honestly think your customers are thay obtuse that they wouldn't know how the most basic of operations work?

Fridge started making a loud buzzing noise. You then have to pull out the plug and plug it back in to get it to start working again. It makes loud clicking noises and loud fans noises.
