Very disappointed in the quality considering the price.
If that is all it is i'll update the review, but it seems like a problem with the dispenser.
I did the environment and myself a favor and got this product.
I was always frustrated with the smaller brita's and the frequency at which they needed to be refilled.
Shipping
I don't know if they are shipping these out with old or incorrect filters, but now it works fine.
Packaging/appearance
Great option when you don't have a water dispenser in the fridge.
Like how it’s not big just right to put in the fridge .

Compared to the old pitchers this is a no-brainer!

The directions it comes with are different then what is listed in the info section which is irritating so docked a star for that

Had an issue with the electronic indicator on the lid not working and they just offered to send me a whole new dispenser without having to return the original one

There is an indented part of the filter that must line up with the back of the container or else some water will go around the filter and itll seem like this doesnt work at all

Remember to fill the reservoir the black part in the photo to the top even if the tank the clear part in the photo is full
